Tom Nicon, a 22-year-old French model was found dead today in Milan, one day before the start of Milan’s Men’s Fashion Week. Nicon is said to have fallen from a window in his apartment. SOURCE

Trans Model

While the fashion industry is buzzing about Lea T. - a Brazilian transsexual model - who recently appears in Givenchy F/W 2010 campaign (second from the right), Thailand has had one of our own a long long time ago. Her name is Ornapa Krisadee (Ma). As far as I remember, she started her modeling career 20 (or more) years ago. I still don't know why she's still the only trans model in Thailand when there are tons of beautiful transgenders in Thailand.

Even if she weren't a supermodel, I still want to be her. Raquel Zimmermann was born in Bom Retiro do Sul, Brazil on May 6, 1983 and started her modeling career in 1999. Visit her official website here.

Laid To Rest

Alexander McQueen's funeral took place in London today at St Paul's Church in leafy Knightsbridge, west London, attended by his close family and friends - including Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, Daphne Guinness and Stella McCartney. A spokesperson confirmed this morning that there will be a memorial service this year for McQueen's many other friends and supporters, details of which will be decided and released at a later date.
