Not only Men's Vogue will be published twice a year, but also the title has a minor changed. The word "MEN'S" got bigger by comparison to the word "VOGUE." Is this a way to lure more MEN to buy the magazine without feeling weird that they're buying VOGUE ?

Don't Vote: Things Are Fine

New website - Don't Vote: Things are fine the ways they are - is using the sarcasm to tell people go out and vote. Of course, many things are not fine right now such as oil price, war in Iraq, housing market, equal right, and many more. So please, go out and VOTE on Tuesday November 4th.

Shopping Deal

Club Monaco currently offers 20% off if you show your student ID (sales items included, which is a very good deal.) I'm not sure how long this offer will be until.

Quote of the Day

" President Bush said he was 'troubled'
by gay people getting married in San Francisco.
He said on important issues like this,
people should make the decision - not judges.

Unless, of course, we're choosing a president,
then he prefers judges. "

- Jay Leno -

Remember Him?

Jesse Metcalfe, the yesterday "IT" boy from Desperate Housewives, has a new movie coming out this weekend which no one heard about. The movie is called "The Other End of the Line" about a credit card phone operator lives in India but pretends to be American to her callers. Soon she travels to the United States without telling her family in order to meet a New York man that she's met over the phone. But problems arise when they meet in San Francisco and she decides not to reveal her true identity. The plot is kinda borderline sweet and cheesy.

You Got Mail...And More

This is the kind of e-mail you don't want to get. inSPOT (Internet Notification Service for Partners or Tricks) is the website that you can notify your STD status to your partner(s) whom you had sex with in the last 6 months. You can choose the options to send postcards anonymously or from your email address.

My Wish List...

I came cross these bags while shopping in the Castro yesterday, the brand is called "Angry Little Girl." (is that me?) The design is based on a little girl who is not afraid to speak her mind. I love many of them especially this one; "What's Wrong?" "I Wake Up and You're Still Here." I wish I had a gut to say that.

MILK at The Castro

Last night was a premiere of the movie "MILK" at Castro Theater with parades of many Hollywood stars such as Sean Penn, Gus Van Sant, Josh Brolin, Diane Lane, James Franco, TR Knight and more. The sold-out, one-night-only, world-premiere benefit screening of "Milk" happens to be in the midst of this year campaign "Vote No on Prop. 8", the measure will eliminate the right to same-sex marriage in California if it passes next week. "Harvey Milk gave his life for the struggle for human rights," said San Francisco District Attorney Kamala Harris. "It's a continuing battle that's not over." read full story here.

Quote of the Day

" Americans will see that
when lesbians and gay men are given access
to most of the rights and obligations of civil marriage,
the sky will not fall
and the institution of marriage will be even stronger. "
