Beside designing for Chanel, Fendi and his own Lagerfeld Collection, Mr. Lagerfeld has announced that he is launching a new denim inspired collection for men and women that will be known as "K Karl Lagerfeld". "I'm tired of complicated names," the designer explained of the label whose strong, graphic logo will appear on buttons and swing tickets throughout the collection. The collection will be launched for autumn/winter 2007-8 at Bread & Butter in Barcelona between January 17-19.
