Chad White is the best thing ever happened to male model since Marcus schenkenberg. He's the main model for Dolce & Gabbana campaign with his amazing physic. Right now he's very busy in Milan for Menswear fashion week - from Dolce & Gabbana to Dsquared2.

I Love Gucci & Gucci Loves Fur

Menswear Fall/Winter 2007 collection already kicked off on Jan 14 in Milan. By far, the collection I love the most was from Gucci. The designer Frida Giannini sent the models down the runway with lots of fur; from collar trimmed, lining or even the whole coat.

"Irreplaceable" by Beyonce is song of the moment because I listened to it all day on the radio while I was in L.A. The song has catchy melody and kinda funny lyric...

I Heart L.A.

L.A. was a blast !!! as you see I haven't had time to update my blog. Saturday night I went to "The Abbey" which was good as usual. Sunday night I went to a club called "Privilege", love everything about it; decorated in a chic Saint Tropez-on-Sunset motif with bright whites and royal blue stripe accents and gorgeous crowd. At Privilege, I also ran into Lance Bass, Janice Dickinson and my favorite porn star - Roman Heart. Oh boy, I had so much fun and I need another vacation from my vacation.

Art or Violence ??

In Britain, the Advertising Standards Authority has banned Dolce & Gabbana ads campaign (above). The images have been criticized for glorifying and condoning violent crime. The ASA acknowledged the fashion house's defense that the images were strongly stylized in a bid to mimic early 19th Century art and were supposed to emphasize "the theatrical effects of that genre", but said that they could still cause "serious or widespread offence". Though Dolce & Gabbana said the campaign had generated no complaints when they were published in China, Europe, Hong Kong, Japan and the US, the ASA upheld its ruling.

Rosie O'Donnell talked about new reality show "Gay, Straight or Taken ?" and suggested how to spot a gay guy "If a guy wants to toss the salad, he's pretty much gay." Did she mean "preparing food which required lettuce" or something else ???

Remember this bag from Louis Vuitton's Spring 2007 collection ? It'll be available soon at LV stores near you for the price of $1600 for the small one and $2600 of the larger size (shown above). I think only crazy people will pay that much for the hideous bag.

David Goes Hollywood

Former England captain David Beckham will leave Real Madrid at the end of the season and sign a five-year deal for MLS side Los Angeles Galaxy. His deal is reported to be one of the biggest in global sport with Beckham set to earn more than $250 million.

The iconic "Eames La Chaise" chair designed by Charles and Ray Eames in 1948. The organic shape recalls the "Floating Figure," a sculpture by Gaston Lachaise. The voluptuous organic form of the Eames La Chaise was an evolution of plywood chairs developed a year earlier in collaboration with architect Eero Saarinen for the "Organic Design in Home Furnishings" competition at the Museum of Modern Art, New York. New Year Resolution ?

Could this be my New Year Resolution ? Will anyone believe me ? At first when I read this report, I was amused by it. Then, I'm thinking whether should I challenge myself since it will be nothing but good for me. The group called "The Compact" vowed not to shop for 1 year. The proposes of the group are:
1. To go beyond recycling in trying to counteract the negative global environmental and socioeconomic impacts of U.S. consumer culture, to resist global corporatism, and to support local businesses, farms, etc.
2. To reduce clutter and waste in our homes
3. To simplify our lives

And here are the rules:
First principle - don't buy new products of any kind
Second principle - borrow or buy used

With fews exceptions such as food, drink, etc. (click here for complete list of the exceptions)

May I Pronounce Mr. & Mrs Doherty

I don't know whether I should congratulate the couple or be concern about the fact that Kate is marrying a junkie. Kate Moss has married her fiancé Pete Doherty in a private New Year's Day ceremony in Phuket, Thailand. At 1.30pm Thai time - 6.30am UK time - the couple exchanged vows in the private gardens of their five-bedroomed £4,500-per-night villa at Amanpuri hotel. Kate wore a white Galliano shift dress and her blond hair loose and the groom dressed in an all-black linen suit and his trademark pork pie hat. The gardens and villa were decorated with flower petals, fragrant jasmine, orchids and a floral archway. White and pale pink lotus flowers decorated the pool.

Newly Expanded EU

As of January 1st, 2007; Bulgaria and Romania form part of the European Union. Their entry raises the E.U.'s membership to 27 states, almost half of them former communist countries that were largely cut off from Western Europe until 1989. Romania, the larger of the two countries, and Bulgaria will together boost the E.U.'s population by 30 million, to 490 million, but will add just 1 percent to its economic output.

Are You Hungover ?

Many if you, including me, are suffering from a hangover which is caused primarily by dehydration. Until the scientists find the cure, we need to come up with some remedies to cure ourselves from hangover. Here are some tips;

• Rehydrate. Drink plenty of water before, during, and after consuming alcohol.
• Eat. Eating helps decrease the absorption of alcohol systemically. Eating salty foods will also help the body retain fluids.
• Replace Vitamin B. Brits and anglophiles swear by a product called Berocca which is a fizzy tablet like Alka-Seltzer that contains high amounts of Vitamin B6 and Vitamin C. Berocca is not available in the U.S. currently, but a similar product, called Emergen-C is available.
• Choose your poison. Some drinks give you worse hangovers than others. Clear liquor like vodka and gin are lower in congeners (alcohol impurities) because of the filtering process involved. Fewer congeners mean a lower risk of hangover.
