"The Model as Muse: Embodying Fashion" is opening from May 6 to August 9 at the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute. The exhibition explores 50 years of iconic fashions through the women whose faces, figures, and attitudes shaped and personified them. The exhibition, designed by John Myhre (whose art-direction credits include the films Dreamgirls and Chicago), is sponsored by Marc Jacobs who serves as an Honorary chair co-chair by Justin Timberlake.
