Men with gray hair is no longer considered old, they're 'sexy' - see Anderson Cooper, George Clooney, etc. NYT reports a new way for men to keep salt & pepper hair from going completely gray. “Men want to control gray, but they don’t want to look dyed,” said Chad Murawczyk, the founder of MiN New York, a men’s hair color company. Rodney Cutler, the owner of namesake salons in Midtown and SoHo also added "It’s a balancing act.
