The Star is gone
After announcing that she will be leaving "The View" on Tuesday, which surprised Barbara Walters, Star Jones was removed from the show on Wednesday and from the website later that day. Everyone at "The View" has known for a long time that ABC will not renew the contract with Star but they keep everything quietly and let Star leaves greacefully, but she chose another way. Although Star is not my favorite due to her super-ego-diva personality, but Elizabeth is the one that annoyed me the most. Almost everything that came out of her mouth doesn't make any sense.

Apology accepted
Pharrell Williams offered an apology after his bodyguard kicked David Furnish (Elton John's husband), Burberry boss - Christopher Bailey and Dsquared gurus Dan and Dean Caten out of the VIP lounge of a GQ magazine party in Milan, Italy, so he could fill it with women. The bodyguard also made homophobic comment "There's too much sausage in the room." When Pharrell discovered what had happened, Williams was mortified and apologised to a forgiving Furnish, who says, "Pharrell was totally unaware. It all came from a security guard. Kevin Aviance: I'm Alive
Eventhough still in the recovery stage, Kevin Aviance will be on on the float of HX magazine this Sunday for NYC Gay Pride Parade. One night while walking home from the bar, he was approached by a group of men near the intersection of 14th Street and First Avenue. The guys started to taunt Aviance and they started throwing garbage and trash cans at him, then became enraged and dragged him to the curb, kicking him at least 15 times in the face. By the time the attack was over, Aviance had a broken jaw, a fractured knee, neck injuries and no doubt psychological trauma that will last for years.

Happy Solstice Day
Solstice is the moment Earth's tilt faces exactly directly towards or away from the Sun. The name is derived from Latin solstitium. During the year, the position of the Sun seen from Earth moves North and South. When it changes direction it stands still momentarily. So solstices are those moments of the year when the Sun reaches its southernmost or northernmost position, at the Tropic of Capricorn or Tropic of Cancer.

Polo for Wimbledon
Polo Ralph Lauren Corp. will become the first external company in 129 years to outfit the Wimbledon's on-court officials, who will exchange their green polyester grass-blending jackets for smart navy blue ones. The deal, worth just under $10 million, will give Ralph Lauren's polo logo a visible presence on court at Wimbledon when the Grand Slam event begins June 26. While the players must stick to the club's all-white rule, the 570 umpires, ball girls and ball boys will sport Polo Ralph Lauren shorts, skirts, pants and blazers in navy blue with both Wimbledon's logo -- two crossed tennis rackets -- on the shirt sleeve and Polo's pony on the breast pocket.
