A girl band of transsexuals who model themselves on the Spice Girls are hoping to change social attitudes and achieve pop chart success in Thailand. Sony auditioned 100 transsexual performers before selecting the final five, who later underwent a year of singing, dancing and acting lessons. Their first album, Visa for Love, was released in December. It has not had any chart success yet, but has earned the girls a lucrative concert deal, and has enjoyed repeat play on Bangkok's SkyTrain rail network. SOURCE

VPL, according to Urban Dictionary, has two meanings:
1. Visible Panty Line: is where the panties of a woman are visible through the material of lower-body clothing. This is a definite fashion misdemeanor. VPL damages the aesthetic beauty of a fine rump, and can be very harmful to a woman's health.
2. Visible Penis Line: usually through tight jeans or a swimsuit, most commonly a Speedo.
Sound like it's bad for women to have VPL, but it's hot in men...

The Manhunt contest started off in 1987, when Alex Liu, pageant director of Metromedia Singapore, decided to stage the first male model contest in Singapore. There were numerous pageants for women and nothing for the men. So Liu carefully planned and engineered his first Manhunt contest in Singapore and it became an overnight success. The contest took place almost every year in the past and this year winner is Jeffrey Zheng Yu Guang from China.

Dig on DIRT

Remember new show called "DIRT" on FX starring Courtney Cox which I posted back in December, now I'm hooked on it. The show presents everything in the real world; money, fame, sex, drug and ,most of all, I love bitchy Lucy Spiller character. I also think that Josh Stewart who plays Holt McLaren is so cute, he's like a "hot nerd".
