The limited-edition (of 200) Alexander McQueen earth skull scarf. The scarf is made from 100% organic cotton and the size is 100 x 100 cm. Profits will be donated to goodplanet.org. I'm tempting because it's "limited-edition" but it's cotton - not silk chiffon.

While we're waiting for Project Runway...Here comes another reality show about fashion. The Fashion show, a new reality show on Bravo, looks like "Project Runway" meets QVC. The show is about 15 professional designers competing in the series for a chance to have their designs sold in the retail market and win a $125,000 prize. Plus, each week's winner will have a chance to sell his/her design on Bravo TV. Hosted by Isaac Mizrahi and Kelly Rowland (Kelly, really ???)

The Reason

I guess this is the explanation why Barney's had 40% off mid-season sale on Monday. Barney's is not doing well and planning to close two of its seven department stores; one is at the Palazzo in Las Vegas, another location has not yet been determined. Barney's has stores in New York, Beverly Hills, Chicago, Boston, Dallas, San Francisco and Las Vegas. I'm crossing my fingers hoping that another store is not San Francisco. But from the fact that the SF store is not doing well, pretty much empty everyday; there is a big chance that it could be here.
