People who are close to me know that I'm a devoted fan of Diptyque, now I have a chance to smell like my room. To celebrate the 40th anniversary of L'Eau, Diptyque has created three new colognes - L'Eau de l'Eaue, L'Eau de Néroli and L'Eau des Hesperides. Each evokes a piece of the brand's heritage with notes of spices, flowers and fruit in the same original oval glass L'Eau bottles. L'Eau de l'Eaue (which is water based) is enlivened with green mandarin, grapefruit and lemon mixed with flowers and spices like clove, cinnamon and ginger. L'Eau de Néroli (an ode to the sun) blends the scents of an Italian orchard complete with hints of bergamot, petitgrain, verbena, tarragon and Egyptian geranium wrapped in white musk and vibrant cedar wood. L'Eau des Hesperides, has top notes of bitter orange, lemon and ptithrain blended with aromatic herbs and intense notes of peppery mint. Each 220 ml bottle of cologne will be available mid-May for $145.
