Just like we need...more shopping mall

The Westfield San Francisco Centre, $440 million dollar project, is now under construction in the heart of San Francisco's retail district. This will be the third largest shopping area in the United States. The new Westfield San Francisco Centre will be a 1.5 million square foot mixed use venue attracting over 25 million visitors and generating in excess of $600 million annually. Westfield San Francisco Centre will be home to the nation's second largest Bloomingdale's and Nordstrom in the country. It will also feature 170 exclusive boutiques, collection of fine dining, the Food Emporium: housing a gourmet market and 16 casual gourmet restaurants and state-of-the-art Century Theatres and Cine Arts Complex. The Grand opening will be on September 28.
