A Bag Virgin

I've been helping a friend selecting his first 'top designer' bag. He showed me something he picked out which mostly were from runway collection, so I disagree. I told him his first bag should be timeless and kinda basic, not too flashy like those seasonal collections. I gave him choices between Louis Vuitton (I hate to say this but it's his very first bag by the way), PRADA, GUCCI and BALENCIAGA. At the end, we conclude he should get BALENCIAGA because all the other brands can be seen everywhere in Bangkok, both real and fake. Finally, he made his decision and placed the order at the store in London for, not one but two, of BALENCIAGA bags - Weekender and Courier. I'm so proud of him, my little sister is growing up...

Back From Outing

Just got back from my company outing at Alila resort, Cha-am (170 km. south of Bangkok), that explains why there was no updated on my blog. Love the resort, especially the bathroom where is anything but ordinary. The rain shower is pouring down from the ceiling, pass through the body and flowing down along the edge of the floor (there was no eyesore drain visible.) For the activity, I was assigned to be a head of the cheerleading team which, of course, we won the best cheer team. I guess you can take a boy out of San Francisco, but you can't take San Francisco out of the boy...

WTF

This site listed down the worst dress celebs from Golden Globes awards 2010, which I think it's absurd. He (or she) put almost every actresses from the awards show. And from looking at these dresses, I see nothing wrong. Some of them could have been on the "Best Dress" list. They should have put someone who knows a thing or two about fashion to write about fashion...
